HUNTING PERMIT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Hunters with the previous year’s Lavon Lake Hunting Permit must renew their permit online at: https://lavonlakehunting.tamu.edu/permit/returning.
To obtain a Hunting Permit you must complete the Hunting Permit Application on the next page and provide the following documents. Applications can be submited one of two ways:
1. Mail. Mail the hunting permit application waiver form, and the Hunter's Education certification to:

2. Email. Email the hunting permit application form, and Hunter's Education certification to:

*** PLAN AHEAD Permit applications will be processed in 5-10 business days. To ensure the permit is issued in a timely manner, please follow the directions that are outlined above.
Applications can be found on US Army Corps of Engineers Lavon Lake's hunting website listed below.
Please note that every hunter must go through the permit application process. Hunting without a permit constitutes "hunting without landowner's consent" and is a violation of both Federal, and State laws, regulations, and policies. Violators will be prosecuted under Federal or State laws as applicable, to include the loss of hunting privileges for the remainder of the year.

Applications that do not have a valid Hunter's Education will be delayed until applicant provides the required information. Failure to correctly provide information repeatedly may result in denial for remaining of hunting season. Incomplete permit applications will be destroyed.
